Recent Bot influx

I don't know if you have noticed but lately there's just been a crap load of bots in TCL and OT forums. Not sure if it's like this on other forums. About every other day there's some bogus post/thread being made by a bot and it's pretty annoying.

Can anything be done about this? I don't know what registration is like now but perhaps you can implement a captcha in the registration process to decrease/eliminate bots?

doesn't matter...they slip by.

you should see the number of spammers/bots that DO get caught by the registration process...it's amazing

wouldn't implementing captcha reduce the amount that slip by? Better than whatever the amount is now..or is implementing that a lot easier said than done and not worth it?

I think its interesting that they now are double-teaming. Have one make a question, and a second answer it with their spam-link.

I wish "Report Spam" would launch a tactical strike against their website.
