Thread: 2012 Civic on 22" rims

  1. 05-07-2012 10:53 PM #1

This has to be one of the most ridiculous looking cars. The 2012 Civic is already awful and these wheels just make the car a bigger joke. I am still shocked that they were able to fit 22's on a Civic.

I want the shop that did this to put 22" rims on a GTI just to see how the TCL would react to it.

I thought that fad had passed since white guys started doing it a few years back on trucks?

Wait... did I just go through some type of time vortex when I microwaved my instant rice?

The whole huge wheel thing isn't bad in my opinion. It's the style of wheels they choose that sucks.

That civic looks ridiculous on 22 inch rims, but then again so does any car IMO.

i think there are 'floater rimz' (wheels). they're weighted and level out as the wheels spin.. looks like the car's floating

I don't participate in these threads much and honestly discourage posting anything from this automotive subculture on TCL. 99.89% of TCLers won't ever "get it" so posting such cars on here is pointless unless you like misconceptions, prejudice and flat out wrong assumptions of this automotive subculture.

Besides, its a female driven bland civic with some small floaters slapped on, not like it was something built with passion, "soul", or performance in mind.

No video of it moving? Those floaters trip me the **** out. I remember one of those donks on 26 floaters or something ridiculous posted on TCL recently. The car looked like a glitch in the Matrix when it was driving. Messed with my brain, they did.

18s would look silly on that thing to be honest. Far too small. The thing really should not be that large in the first place.
