Vagtacho, need cluster pin

Hey anyone in brampton or mississauga with a vagtacho. I need to add keys to my car but I never got the black tag when I bought it (USED CAR). Need the 4 digit pin to add keys.

from that link it looks like it can read the pin from a 2003 jetta with IMMO3.

tacho will only get you the 4 digit pin.
I've only ever used it on cars 2000 - 2005 and have been successful pretty much all of those times

basically you have to use the tacho software and pick the cluster type VDO Old or New - hit connect. Once connected hit read pin. Voila - DONE

Some of the newer cars required Vag-Commander - there are a few people on here that have that cable, i've never used it but i'm told its a similar process.
