2, I have 5 speed Diesel transmission swaps for your GAS car to save fuel at highway speeds.

Heres what I have. All O2O. All in good working order. no grinds, no problems. These will fit the 1.6 NA, 1.6 TD, and 1.9 TD mechanical Diesel engines as well as 1.8L 8V and 1.8 / 2L 16V gas engines with small spline clutches. These lower RPM in 4th and 5th gear considerably on Gas engines to save fuel.

1, FN coded mk1 5 speed from 1.6 D. SOLD
2, AWY coded mk2 5 speed from 1.6 TD. SOLD
3, DPF coded mk3 5 speed from 1.9 TD. SOLD
4, CHD coded mk3 5.speed from 1.9 TD. SOLD

the only 4 speed manual I had for a 4K.

Do you have an Eco Diesel mk2?

I don't have the AVX, but I do have the AWY listed above. yes it has higher ratios in 3rd, 4th, and 5th; however, the final drive on the AWY is much lower than AVX.

End result. 3 km/h of difference in top speed at 4500 rpm in 5th.

Only other Diesel 5 speed I have is an O2A mk3 B4 TDI / B3 TD hydraulic clutch, cable shift CHA. complete swap minus the pedal cluster for $500.

This would go nicely on a 16V 2L. keeps the RPMS Low on cruising speed, but can take the punch when you want to do 260 km/h in 5th at 5000 RPM. given, the 16V is tuned. I don't know what the top speed would be, the speedo runs out at 260.

Has shifter box, rod, linkages, clutch cable, mount, flywheel. No clutch.
Extra 100 is for a very low milage big fat heavy duty diesel starter.

Sold the chd at 6 am this morning.

Happen to come across another ACH in a car with 205,000 km on it. seems to be running fine in all gears, and reverse, but I only drove it for 30 minutes. Drained the oil, it needed changing, but not Dirty from Hell.

I seek $300 with axles.

OR, $400 for complete 5 speed Swap.
