WTB: 99.5-01.5 Audi A4 5 speed in PA

I am looking for a facelift A4. The car must be a facelift model! What I am looking for:

-If mileage is over 100k timing belt must have been done or price will be negotiated to compensate
-I am only interested in cars with heated black leather(ette) seats and overall black interior
-Car must be 5 speed, I won't even consider Tiptronic transmissions
-I have zero interest in black cars but any other color is okay! (would prefer red or silver)
-I do not care whether the car is a 2.8 or 1.8t.
-I prefer a stock car but light modifications are okay.

Buddies got an 01 s4 he is looking to let go for about 6k in buffalo,ny I kno he just did a bunch of maintenance on it ie timing belt valve cover gaskets and some other stuff it's silver with black leather but it's automatic

I appreciate the offer but I couldn't afford the upkeep on an S4 no matter how well it is maintained! Also, an automatic S4 kind of defeats the purpose of having a twin turbo'd monster in my opinion.

I have an audi a4 avant.

1.8t awd it has a fresh clutch maybe a month old and it has a fresh head job.
It has a little over 100k not sure exactly how much. no mods

I would like 3k for it.
