    Water pooling inside spare tire rim

    Decided to take out the spare today to see how it works and check the pressure. I found about a 1/2 inch of water was in the rim. Anyone have this problem? I am thinking about drilling some drain holes. My spare tire pressure was at 40PSI (should be 60PSI).
