    Will A8 front rotors fit on 01 S4?

    Does anyone know if the front rotors off an A8 will fit on a S4? Or has anyone tried swapping these on? Sorry for noob question but I'm just wondering since I have a set of slotted rotors I bought a while back for my A4 and never got a chance to swap them on.

    I know the stock rotor dimensions for the S are 321x30 if I'm not wrong & 312mm x 25mm front- for the Audi A8. Will that slight variation lead to slipping or would be to small? If it doesn't work then what do you guys recommend for a fairly not to expensive slotted/drilled rotor with good brake pads with little to no brake dust.

    why would you ever want to put smaller brakes on your car?

    I know it was a foolish question to even ask but I just wanted to see if it was even possible. What rotors and brake pads would you recommend using on Stage 2 S?

    Just some slotted or dimpled rotors with upgraded pads like Hawk HPS or something equivalent would be plenty for stage 2.
