Does anybody have a good generic one?
I'm selling a car to an out of state buyer, and don't want to use the one off my state's MVA website. I know I can make one myself, but looking for something more professional, and already done. Thanks.

How the hell is he going to get the buyer to edit that post? Dumb idea.

I want one that doesn't have to be notorized. The car is being sold out of state.

I just figured that with all of the people who buy, sell, flip cars here, someone would have one they often use. Thanks for the offer though .

Then use one from the DMV of the state where the car is destined.

I find that using the DMV's own forms tends to make the process go a bit smoother.

I sell 4+ vehicles a year... that is what i use and about 50% of the people actually say to me "Wow why so formal?"

Just trying to give you a quick and easy answer.

    Good luck with your template.

How about the search function? Aren't you supposed to use that before posting?

Your search worked better than mine. I did try.
Why the need to be a jackass?
Don't you think I tried Google?
Many of the "results" on the first page are ads. Not really helpful to me.
I figured with the thousands of car sales that take place involving the members here... someone would have one.... but most just want to be smart.
    Thanks for the honest replies.

I have two conditions on my BOS.

    1. Buyer is purchasing vehicle AS-IS, with no warranty expressed or implied.
    2. Seller certifies that vehicle title is clear, with no outstanding liens.

I find whether buying or selling, letting the second party see that I am also signing off on something equally serious helps overall rapport.

On a private party bill of sale in almost all states, both clauses would be implied anyway.
