UM is a busy shop.... but that shows how in demand they are. Give Jeff some time to respond to your email, he'll probably get to it soon. He does a lot of road tuning so he's probably not even there most of the time..... but he'll get back to you eventually.
As far as local UM tuning - probably not. When I got my tune I just shipped the ECU over to him with the build specs and he took care of it. Express shipping with purolator was like ~$40.

Does anyone know of any UM ecu/dsg flash dealers in toronto?
I've emailed them on their website with no response.
They have a BC location as the only Canadian dealer.
specifically looking for an mkv r32 ecu/dsg flash

yeah I'm skeptical of shipping over the ecu. might have to settle for unitronics.
r32 guys swear by UM though...
what was your turn around time?
