I realize that the Indy 500 used to be part of F1 many eons ago, and Chevrolet has frequently been a part of Indy, but has Chevrolet ever fielded an entry in F1 after the split?

I have Googled this a bit and couldn't find an answer.

    Just curious.

This might help. It does not appear that Chevrolet was ever part of F1 (outside of Indy)
