Not really. Normally, just the CATs won't make it run rough - there are probably other issues. Get it scanned for codes.
Now, replacing the CATs - your options are expensive (and probably not so good), very expensive, and insanely expensive. You can weld in generic converters; not too bad but you may still get a check engine light. Then you can put in direct fit converters; they cost a good bit more. Finally, the official fix is to replace the whole exhaust sections containing the CATs - somewhere around $3000.
