i'm tryign to get a feel for Formula One tints for my R looking at going 35% in the front and 15% in the rear. would like to see some pics and also get some people with forumla one tints insight.
i've heard they are some of the best films out there, how true is this?

I clicked this thread as fast as I could until I realized I had read the title sans one letter.
On that note, I wouldn't mind having some legitimate tint, but with anything more tinted than 70% illegal in NY, and they do pull people over for it. Oh well.

Ok guys have a question for you. I live/work for the US Army in Germany. To get my R tinted it will cost me 250 Euro = $342 roughly. Would anyone who has gotten their windows tinted tell me how much it cost for them. I want limo tint on the back windows (that is all we can tint in Europe).
My thing is I would pay someone to have a tint installer cut the tint and then mail it to me in a round tube. I then could send you a check (from the bank) to cover the cost of tint and shipping. I am sure all this would still be below $150 and then I could just pay 50 euro to have the windows done by the tint place.
Any takers?

My F1 tint was $250 installed. I had it done here: http://www.tintking.com/
You could probably call or email them and see if they would be willing to ship the film to you and what the cost would be.

i drive on alot of dark unlite roads i'm just a little concerned about that
