btw im looking for coilpacks to replace the current ones in my jetta before i sell it if anyone knows of a place to buy some i'd appreciate it.

I have a set you can see if they work but right out the gate at auto Hefner, he can get them the same day normaly or the next, I payed 230 for new plugs and coils

DO NOT RUN WITHOUT A MAFS! The computer uses the sensor (and others) to calibrate air fuel mixture (especially important on turbo cars). If you have to drive it without the sensor be very careful. Running without it you risk everything from getting lucky and nothing happening to leaning out your engine and and blowing it up or running rich and kill your catalytic converter and/or pre-cat. Your car should go into some form of limp/safe mode if it recognizes the sensor is not there but I wouldn't risk it.

Yeah thanks for that. I was about to and then my better senses told me not to. I know they have these sensors on ECS but you know where I can grab one up for cheaper? And I missed the meet yesterday, do you guys always go to Nurnberg? Where are most of you coming from? Really appreciate the help.
