Wtb: 2002 337/2003 20ae wi

I'm looking for a 337 or 20AE with less than 100k, and looking to spend $10,000 or less. I'm located in Wisconsin, but I would be willing to drive/fly a reasonable distance.

Must have:
Clean title
Clean exterior (no rust or large dings/dents, etc.)
Clean interior (no tears in the seats, no missing dash pieces, etc.)
Light mods, little to no engine work (I'm looking to start my own project from the ground up)

I'd like it to be as close to perfect as possible, meaning no major mechanical issues, solid tires, solid clutch/tranny, and so on. When I say I'm looking to start my own project, I'm not looking to start it off by performing repair work .
