I got in on his last group buy, back in 2007 and i dont think hes done any more kits, since then. I bought the charger and it's been sitting on a shelf since delivery. The bag it came in has never been opened. If I'm not mistaken, I believe a Rotocharger and Lysholm are the same product.

Peter has been waiting on me to let him know what block configuration I want to use. I was looking for a clean shell, and wasn't sure if I was going to use the built 3A that I own or source a ABA. The brackets for the blocks are different.

If you're not familiar with Peter and his kits, he's a CIS diehard and was personally producing these kits. His charged Cabby was around the 200hp mark. The brackets were CNCed and fit in your bay as if they were intended to be there. It was your responsibility to provide intercoolers, boost lines and fueling. Hopefully someone who bought one of these can add more if I'm hazy on the details.

You can search his old threads and you'll come up with a bunch more info. Peter also referred to these as "twin screw" chargers.

5 years later, I'm not into speed, and this thing just sits. Priorities change. As mentioned, I bought the charger, and still owe him the balance for the brackets. Total cost back then was around $2,500 and I paid him $1,350 already.

There a couple of ways this could be handled.
    - After payment for the charger I could contact Peter, and see if he'd let you complete the transaction. This would be the easiest.
    - After full payment, I tell Peter what you want, have him cut everything, he ships to me and I ship to you.
    - You buy the charger outright, if you have plans that aren't VW specific. I had a short chat with someone who wanted this for a Mercedes.

Thanks guys. What I need are people who run/ran his kit to post their reviews. Found some old threads, but I could have sworn there were more.

    Todd,
I have some interest. We should talk. I'm rarely, RARELY on Vortex anymore so I'm not likely to get an IM. Email me?

Wow, blast from the past, Mr. Stauffer! You ran one of his kits, sold it and want another, lol? I also have another TT race header that you may be interested in. I sent a ton of pics to Collin @ TT and he's 99% sure it's for a short block. I never got around to updating that thread.

Shoot me an IM with your phone number or e-mail. Just noticed you added an e-mail. Message on the way.
