Driver's window quit working, so I pulled the panel off and tested the motor. Works up & down. Switch is fine too, tested it on the other window and it works. So... gotta be the relay or control unit, yeah? Where is it and how do I replace it? I've seen them for as little as $75, so I'll bite the bullet and grab one, once I know how to put it in!
Any advice would be of great help. Thanks!

    Behind the glovebox.

However I would not quite jump on that just yet. These vans commonly break wires between the door and the body. Did you check the wiring for continuity for all wires in the harness? Peel back the rubber boot between the door and body and check for breakage and also check just a bit inside the door (one of mine broke just inside the door and was hard to see).

I tested the wiring between the door and body at the ends of the wires (IIRC you can get a test lead in there somewhere) until I found the one that didn't have continuity.

OH! Geez, gti_matt, I think you've got it! I just remembered that a couple times when I opened the door it started working intermittently. I bet you're right! I'll check tonight and post my findings for closure... Thanks!! (I hope you're right, that'll save me some serious coin!)

If it works intermittently due to the door being opened, it's most definitely a broken (or break-ing, about to break) wire.
