A rock came up and chipped my windshield the other day, and it has obviously gotten worse over the past few days. I called my insurance, and apparently I didn't sign up for the $0 deductible glass coverage.![]()
Anyway, I'd really like to get it replaced before Wuste, but I've never had to pay out of pocket for it before. Safelite quoted me like $280 for a crappy windshield.. Seems insane, but is that the best bet? I'm assuming OEM glass would be nearly double.
Anyone know of any good/cheap places for OEM glass? I'm fine with driving to Phoenix if I have to.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can provide some insight.
