Thread: Clogged sunroof drains

    does anybody know how to fix this? i dried blowing it out with a air compressor but no luck so far. any suggestions or has anyone ever had this problem or fixed it? PLZ HELP

    theres a recall on it. but if you dont wanna take it to dealer. open your door front doors and between your door hinges there is a rubber looking thing just cut the end off and your good to go.

    but it is clogged in the middle though i dont think in the rubber piece because we tried blowing air through both ends. we did it on the passenger side and now it is better you can feel the air come through but there is still something blocking the passage on the driver side and is there really? b because i both the recalls on my car have been done and i personally got it taken to get the second one done which was the coil packs they said that there was nothing else

    im not to sure then.. i had clogging issue's too. then one of my buddys at vw said just cut the ends and i did. a bunch of crap started flowing out and its been fine since.

    ok thankyou before i do go to that extent i will see what other ppl say and then if it comes to that i i will. ya see today alotta crappy stuff came out but we are thinking there is more crap or mold w.e it is was black.

    if u did ur recall.. your rubber peice between your door should be cut just like mine.. all they do is cut the ends off so it flows better. if your's is not cut then grab a knife and cut it.
