I have a real (Canon T3i) camera, but i dont carry it around with me everywhere i go like i do my cellular communication device. Just thought it would be cool to have more MkII content and sort of "get to know" other MkII owners.

Not everybody can afford to drop $700+ on a prosumer/professional camera alone, especially having other expensive hobbies (Cars, etc)...

Exactly. Instagram isnt bad. I dont carry my d90 and lens kit around... my iphone 4s has a great camera and resolution. So stfu of gtfo

I hear ya man i am more inclined to use my DSLR or my AE-1 but histergram is a cool way to share photos so you know what? why not? i take my photos from my real camera directly from camera no post processing etc, but a ****ty cell phone camera pic made to look halfway decent isnt terrible.

Hipstergram makes the camera HORRIBLE, like 70's retro potato camera horrible. So your arguement about the camera having a good resolution goes out the window.

you're right. hipstergram does crop the resolution for efficient uploading. Thanks for pointing out another perk in compression! Excess digital clutter is a terrible thing and to have a digital format good for mobile/web viewing! GASP!
