Need help ASAP!!! Please!!

Just installed Tt injectors on my 1.8t awp with new seals and put everything back together and now the car wont start. Any ideas of why it won't start for me? Is there a trick with these Tt injectors or something?

did you disconnect any other sensors or anything while doing the Inj?? Make sure that the vacuum line is hooked to your fuel pressure regulator

Everything is hooked up in gunna take them out and see if I can make them sit in the intake manifold a little better.

Also try to pressurize IM, I had leaking inj o rings at one point and I took silicone coupler and a can and put it on the inlet of TB and pressurized and thats when I found bad o-rings

Any ideas how to make these things sit better? Well really snug in the manifold?

if there the same size length wise there isn't much you can do just tighten rail down to manifold... My inj are longer than factory ones and I had to get different spacers to make a nice tight fit

Their way longer then the stock ones but they fit. There supost to. My buddy runs them on his and no spacers or anything. Are they just supost to sit in the intake manifold? Or be in there good?

Once the rail is tightened down there shoudnt be much movement of the injector

Well it started up. My garage smells horrible. I Tightened the **** out of the fuel rail still don't think there sitting in far enough. Will it **** it up if there not in all they way? Sorry for so many questions kinda new to this whole injector thing.

I'd think that if they are longer than stock and you have no spacers and you have the rail tight to the manifold they should be in there enough, maybe too far

what tune do you have that take into effect the 225 Inj

Do you stil have Revo with a four bar fuel pressure reg in it and than 386cc inj?? your probably over fueling and running rich

Yep still have them in. It shouldn't be an issue with over fueling tho. The computer will recognize the different injectors. And I can adjust the tune aswell. I'm just going to leave it for now and deal with it later. Tha is for you help tho! Much apresiated

Did you remove the fuel lines if so make sure there not they did not get swapped
