The C has been running good latley so I wasnt surprised when this started. Its all stock with ISV reroute and Boost return bypass. In the video I am slowly increasing the rpms.

I can get thru the dead spot by keeping the rpms above 3k. and it Idles just fine. It will do it with/without the ISV plugged in. I checked for vacuum leaks, gremlins, broke wires ect.

Sounds like a bad ISV at idle. Anyone else have an Idea?

what exactly is it doing? I watched the video, but I don't know if you are reving it or if it is reving up itself.

    What is the exact issue.

The first couple revs are me getting it smoothed out(up to 14s in the video)...then I steadily/slowly gave it gas (about 17s on)....I never let off the gas pedal.
