It's insane, but there isn't a single manual 2013 CC west of the Wyoming. I hope this is just temporary. I have seen a few articles about an alleged resurgence of manual transmissions, but it must be only for small cars and maybe it doesn't apply to the West Coast. Same thing with Passat TDIs.
