Both speakers as well as the tweeter on my passenger door are not working as of several months ago, and trial and error of new speakers as well as the amplifier in the door is not fixing it- any suggestions while I have it all taken apart? lol

Additionally, the window, door lock, and reflector items on this door are all properly powered and functional. weird!

That's what I was thinking and since none of the wiring looks damaged, I'm thinking it will be a relay but I cand only find a guide for the dash fuse box, not the under-hood relay box.

I have the same problem. It's the headunit. I got a new one and now everything is fine. Before if I turned it to half max volume all speakers except the rear passenger tweeter would stop working. I then had to turn the volume down, turn the unit off then back on then it would be super loud and then lower the volume all on its own. I went from oem to a pioneer avic nav, back to same oem unit and it didn't work tight.

Don't upgrade just replace it. If you have the oem and still under warranty go to the dealer. I can't do that because I have battery wire going under my carpet, so they'll just blame that
