So my exhaust drones like crazy at around 3k RPM

I am currently running a Catless 42DD DP into an APR Stealth Cat-Back.

What can I add/delete to remove the droning?

Add a cat, preferably short hair.

The cat will quiet it down more.

42DD makes a resonated midpipe as well, that will help.

    Keep it hairless.

Yes....That is exactly the problem I have now! I installed APR 3" Full Exhaust on my B6 Passat Station Wagon and the drone started! The exhaust is made as a tank - I like how it looks and sounds a lot, but my ears are dead after 15-20 min. in the car! And it is not from the noise - it is really low and sporty, but the drone is what makes it uncomfortable to say it softly! Every day since installing it I have a headache!!!! APR dealer checked it and it is installed correctly!
I already installed a resonator that helped about 30% with the drone, but it is still unacceptable! My next step will be to install Helmholtz resonator and hope it will help! Already ordered 2x Dynamat Pads and they will go under the rear seats and in the trunk....
Have anybody found the solution on this issue?!
PP:APR were terrible responding to this issue! I asked them if I can return the exhaust, but the answer was "If it had been installed - you cannot return it!".Daahhh.... If it wasn't installed I would never have a clew that it produces so much drone. If I knew, I would have never ever thought about buying it and installing it on my car!
