I admit this is probably gong to sound stupid as I am not sure what the part is called but long story short had AAA tow my Mothers 2007 VW Eos and there is a bar on each side in the front with like an eyelet on the end. They removed one side but never removed the other and there seems to be some sort of "trick" to get it off. I tried turning all the way in both directions and it seems to get sorta loose feeling in the middle if that makes any sense please help, trying to help my mom get this off forever and can't figure it out and it is Mother's day :-)
