5b A4 Audi thread nothing special

just felt like making a thread of all the stuff i have done and what the car is in progress.
here is a few pics of the first week i had it picked it up for $1400. All i needed to do was put the trains in for it to run. Eventually gonna b all primered gray. after winter is over maybe sooner its getting painted the stock color again.

A couple of weeks after it was running i realized it was miss firing put plugs in it and wires still missing and then a MAF code came up so did that. But i did a compression check and found cyl. 5 had low compression dry and wet compression so eventually i plain on rebuilding the 2.8 v6. but slowly working on the budget for the rebuild but until then im doing minor work to the car. So here is sum body work i did to the trunk because i debadged the trunk because the people just throw emblems on it and it looked like a$$.

what stop sign 3 way intersection... thankfully no other cars were coming



damage that happened and im not even lowered yet



my dad has a bunch of welding equipment and fabrication stuff so my lil brother fixed my oil pan with my dads help there the fabricators im the automotive guy

It primer and no eventaully its gonna b brillant black again but im getting actual auto primer for an actual paint gun

Put coils on to day fronts at 24 5/8"" and rears at 24 7/8" gtf. Ill post pictures tomarrow might gO lower after i make my steel skid plate.

how do you like the coils? is that as low as they get?

i like the coils my buddy got them for his mk3 jetta and they were stiff. so i thought they were gonna b the same but they seem to b a lil softer then wat they were on his jetta. and no that not as low as they go.

Wellgetting my steel today to make a skid plate today. Maybe by the end of the weekend i might hav time to make it. Dam im not even low how i want it and i hav a hard to certine stuff already. Oo well sacrifices will b made to go low.

Paint the CF hood and trunk body color and you will be fine. Not a fan of CF on B5's.

Got the fabric to wrap my pillars and the sun shade and door card incerts. I dont know if i want to just do a black head liner or do it with the fabric i got.

Well i got my headliner and pillars out going to wait till next weekend to put the black interior in. On a good note my lil brother picked this up for $600. Think the fly wheel broke, apperently it just revs and dosent move. Good thing we still has a 5 spd trans laying around for this car just incase.
