    Hey Everybody,

So I have had this car for almost 4 years now and all she does is sit. I worked on a few projects over the past few years and have used this car as a daily a few years ago, but since doing some mods to it, it barely gets driven, as I purchased a brand new car this past October. It has been great to me and has taken trips worthy of it saying "it can go anywhere!" I will list as much as I can and I am going to try and take pictures tonight, since I usually post a lot when I sell any of my vehicles.

1995 VW GLX VR6, Tornado Red
    Swapped 1996 OBDII motor
Body has a little ove 180k miles
    Motor has just over 100k

The motor runs incredibly well and there are no chain noises, no leaks whatsoever. It really is a solid motor.

Oil changed every 3k miles with Mobil1 0W40 European Blend.
    Coolant flush done in February.
Brakes are at about half life on rotors and pads.

    Engine:

    Aftermarket 2-1 headers.
    K&N Intake (short ram).
    TT Chip.
    Borla Exhaust to dual tip.
Intake Mani Powdercoated Black as well as cover

    Exterior:

    Euro Rebar and Front Bumper.
    Glass E-Codes.
Euro Fogs, Turns, Brake Ducts (one fog has a crack but still works. I have a brand new sets of fogs that will go with the car).
    One piece, color matched grill.
    ABT Sideskirts, textured.
Front Bumper, Rubs and rear bumper textured (just redone 2 months ago).
    Smoked tails.
    Euro plate tub.

    Wheels/Suspension:

16x7.5 ET 32 Konig Rollers on 205/40/16 Falken Ziex 512 ( about 500 miles on the whole setup).
H&R 10mm spacers up front with ECS extended lugs.
H&R 20mm spacers in the back with ECS extended lugs.
Rokkor Coils all the way around (about 500 miles on the setup).
    BPTD Skidplate underneath (sick plate!!).

    Interior:

Black leather in excellent condition. Heated seat controls are on the dash but no pads in the seats.
    Black dash in excellent condition.
All windows work expect for rear passenger side.
All lights inside work but one bulb is out on left side of guage cluster. It has not affected seeing the dash at night at all.
Sunroof works in all modes (tilt, slide, open close..no leaks!)
10% tint all the way around.
Alpine head unit with Boston Acoustic speakers up front.
Kicker Amp with 10" Boston Acoustic Sub in trunk.
Power locks still work perfect with Key Fob!
    AC Blows Ice Cold!

Bad: Speed sensor has been intermittent as of the last few weeks, rear pass. window reg. which I mentioned

Overall exterior condition of the car is very good. There are basic wear and tear scraches on the vehicle and one dent on the rear passenger fender (size of a quarter). It could definitely be PDR'd, just haven't done it. There is some clear peeling on the passenger side of the hood. Besides that, she is really clean. I will fully detail the car upon purchase, so it will come clean and with gas..LOL!

This car has NEVER left me stranded and rountine maintenance has been done to it. I know I am forgetting some things, which may be remembered when questions are asked. Please feel more than free to PM me for any info whatsoever. The racks that are pictured may be available for sale for the right price.

I'm looking for get $4200.00 OBO, but please keep it reasonable and any negative comments could stay out (greatly appreciated). I will have more pictures up, hopefully this evening if not tomorrow night. Thanks for looking! The photos listed have been taking within the last 4-5 weeks.

Are you sure you want to sell your concours winning vehicle?

I would probably take this ad down, have a pitcher of beer and really re think this.

I mean, you will probably sell this, and buy a ****ty 996 or something that is not even close to the quality of a mk3

You know, that thought crossed my mind. It came down to "do I want to sell this or my Geo Storm R?" They are both for sure concours winning vehicles and it's still up in the air. With that said, consider this a "feeler"

Not sure, but I heard he bought all 3 that were left in the world and they're never making them again, but he's selling the used ones that he took out of the car for 85% of the cost of new ones even though they were perfectly fine. He got 3 so he could replace them every year until he stops winning concourse events.
You are not your job. You're not how much money you have in the bank. You're not the car you drive. You're not the contents of your wallet. You're not your khakis.

Also, what is visibility like at night with the tint?

Visibility is actually good. I live in Denver. PM me and we can set up something.

OBDI does not have a VAG port, OBDII does.

Yeah it has OBD1 coilpack swap is what it looks like, it has OBD1 t-body and idle valve that OBD2 does not. It might just have an OBD2 motor, not injection too

95 and up MK3's use the OBD2 style diag plug also

BUT does still not change that its a clean and good car
