It could be a few different things; blocked wiiper tray drains causing water to back up in the windshield wiper cowl/tray and coming in through the fresh air intake and traveling through the dash vents ductwork, rust hole behind the windshield seal, badly torn lower steering column firewall boot, etc.

My relay box is full rust but i can't see where is coming
I clean hole inside the hood
Someone can help me and tell me weakeness of this car about water intrusion
