Headlights keep moving up and down HELP

So I was driving tonight and noticed my head lights are spazzing out and keep moving up and down when im just stopped at a light and when im driving.

ANY IDEAS??

It is your headlight auto adjustment sensor.

Is your car lowered?

The leveling sensor is on the driver side control arm.

oh, ok. That little plastic arm broke along time ago it must be stuck or something. I will look at it. You know where to get one and not spend a ton of money?

odd....mine stop auto adjusting yesterday....now they stay aimmed down.....
