I used aluminum hemispheres from Sharpe for tops and bottoms of some fluid reservoirs I made a while back. Their prices are really reasonable and they weld nicely.

yea. Maybe you can call them and tell them you want to do a production run, but need two first (buy) as a sample to ensure they will work out...

I am sure there is $100 worth of stuff you can put together for an other from them though as they have a lot of cool stuff at cheap prices

I wish I would have looked further before order some stuff from McMaster and I am sure Lee sent me a link to them previously... $100 for a few small diam Cast elbows and such
