Anyone in Winnipeg with a lift/ tools?

So went to change my oil today, can't get the bolt off the oil pan. Anyone here enjoy working on cars that would give me a hand? If you have a lift to raise up the car or work at a garage that would be great. I can't get enough leverage underneath the car laying down and I don't have enough experience to try to try something stupid.
