ECU reset= Rolling idle & stalling?

I have a stock 01 GTI with codes:

P1297- Pressure drop between turbo & throttle
P0172- A/F Rich
P0136- O2s Internal Resistance too high (post cat)

I replaced the 02 sensor then reset the ECU to clear codes.
Now my idle bounces and the engine stalls when coasting to stops & battery light comes on.

This always happens whenever i reset, is this normal?
I'm also in the process of checking out the P1297 code.

How's it run with the Maf unplugged?
