We can discuss all Forza Horizon here.

I liked Test Drive Unlimited, from what I have read online it will be similar to TDU.

I wonder if you can import cars from FM4...

I hope the driving style doesn't change to much. I would like to drift around some open world turns with my 1M.

If I can pound in the digital mountains with my friends online in a semi realistic sim, I'm gonna be a happy camper. While I love racing around tracks, I've been doing it in video games for 15 years now, and I'd like a little variety.

Plus, it's much cheaper to rip through backroads in a video game than it is to run my E39 around for even one night.

I absolutely loved TDU1 (haven't played 2). If this game plays similarly with Forza's physics, sounds, impressive car roster and framerate I'm sold.

Looking forward to hearing more information as news comes out.

On a side note (since its the cover car), can't wait to drive the new Viper GTS and GTS-R in FM4 sometime this summer.

    Agreed on the new Viper.

I was drooling over it in MotorTrend magazine.

I just hope you can modify the cars. That's the only thing about the TDU series that drove me nuts. All you can do is make the cars a different color, and occasionally put on optional stock wheels.
Other than that, I hope it turns out good.

I'm afraid this may be the start of the dilution of the Forza franchise, and that makes me sad. They've been pretty strong and consistent (though slow to adapt). I'll retain some hope, but I think this may end up an arcadey joke of a game.

As a PS3 owner, my take on it is that it could be a really awesome offshoot of what seems like a really great game. I wish polyphony would do something as off the cuff seeming as this does. While I love GT5, there are many things I envy about the Forza series. Polyphony could learn a thing or two from these guys instead of being so obsessive and sterile.

This might be enough to make me actually pick up an Xbox. I don't mind TDU 2 myself, sure it isn't without its issues but it is fun on its own.

I really hope the lanes aren't this wide though, that looks ****ing ridiculous.

Seems pretty darn interesting to me. While the whole dubstep/club thing isn't for me, if they keep the physics engine from FM4 and let me drive around Colorado, I'm sold.

If this game has Forza appropriate physics, I might have to get an Xbox 360.

Skip to about halfway to see actual gameplay. Or listen to them talk about it before and soak in some tidbits here and there.

For those who complaint Forza 4 don't have night and off-road racing/driving, I think this game suit better for these features than Forza 4. (who (exclude some pro racer like ALMS/Rally/NASCAR) really do track racing at night?) But i also guess Turn 10 is using this game to R&D these features and probably will implement in later title....

    Sources?

I've heard that tuning wont be the same (i.e. no sway bars, tire pressure, toe in, etc) but modifications are still in (wheels, kits, lowering). Admittedly though, this is just what someone else said who probably has no idea.

While I had some hidden hopes for this game...the trailer really really put me off. I'm hoping it's just a gimmick - the Tanner Foust style voice with the X-Games "party scene" and dubstep drive me insane.

I despise that garbage...makes it look like Dirt 3 etc. (ie. completely obnoxious scenester bullsh_t ruining a decent game).

I'm really really hoping that's not involved much in the game.

I liked what they had in Forza 2. In 3 and 4 they dropped the ball, though. I usually end up using a few select wheels for my cars.

    This.

I'm pretty excited about this for the most part. I actually enjoy electronic music and listen to it on a daily basis, but if I have skrillex shoved down my throat the whole time im playing this game I wont be happy -but hey its on the xbox, load your own music. I'll admit I was very skeptical at first but seeing as this game uses the same engine from Forza 4 I'm looking forward to it. That being said I see this as more of an "experiment" for Turn 10, some of the stuff they've finally added like variable time, dirt roads, etc will make great additions to the Motorsport series next go around. If everything works then hey push it to Forza 5, if it sucks...well Turn 10 didn't make it so you cant blame them directly

In one of the interviews with Beardwalt, he said there was a design importer similar to FM4's. To me it sounds like you can import layer groups.

Great video. I don't know why running through fences and sign posts gets you more credits / respect than driving in oncoming lanes or dodging traffic, but this game just keeps looking like more and more fun. Kinect voice controlled GPS? Damn son.

When I heard that former Grid / Dirt team members were part of the new studio i was worried about how the game would drive and feel (Codemasters specialty seems to be vague steering and brake feel imo). Knowing that it uses T10's engine from Forza 4 I'm really looking forward to this game. It'll be a nice fun break away from M. Rossi.

On an unrelated note, Modern Civilization, Y U Accept Dubstep?!?!
