Keeping my eyes on this as well.

There are so many "which rims" threads out there that I thought it would be a refreshing change of pace to talk about something else.
If there's already a thread like this, than I apologize in advance, but I thought it would be interesting to know what's powering your ride? I'd like to see what the direction "das scene" is heading in. Are most of us keeping it old school and simple, or is reliability and economy more important?
Thanks,
John.

Speaking of which,
Anyone ever go WAAAAY oldschool with it?
Think ive seen every swap under the sun. aba, vr, r32, 3.6, tdi, fsi, tsi etc etc etc....
Anyone ever heard/seen of an aircooled swap???
Be sweet to see/hear an old carb'd porsche motor swap or something...

Nice thread
I hope this doesn't end up like another G60 vs VR6 thread...
Corrados IMHO, must have either FI motors or big displament NA motors (or both)...European Corrados with the NA 1.8 16V KR or the 2.0 16V 9A or the 2.0 8V were/are a big mistakes
