There is no way that should run on a 12 gauge wire. Go with a larger size wire, minimum 6 gauge. If I were you, I would run a 4gauge.

I have an air zenith ob2, i used the 12awg wire that came with the v2 kit but it looks like its not good enough. Keep burning fuses. (30amp)
So should i simply just use a <30 amp fuse (was told its not recommended for a 12awg my wire could melt) OR change it for a 6awg/8awg wire as reccomended bu air zenith?
I'd like a response as fast as possible, running on my 50 psi left on my tank atm loll
Thanks!!

You might want to re-read your manual. I don't see anywhere that says use a 12gauge wire. They leave that section vague for a reason. People run all different set ups, which in turn draws more or less amps. It's your set up, you have to figure out what wire and fuse's to use. I don't mean to sound like a dick, just telling you do your homework before you burn your car up.
Max amps on a 12 gauge wire = 20amps.
Max draw on a OB2 = 35amps.(probably why your blowing 30amp fuses...)
12 gauge wire + OB2 = car on fire!!!!
This is deirect for the instructions:
This compressor comes with pre-installed 80A relay with pre-wired relay socket. Connect
your battery positive power wire to the Red wire on the relay socket. (Run minimum 6AWG
wire for wire length runs more than 10 feet, and 8AWG wire for length shorter than 10 feet).
Change that wire ASAP.
