Went in to the body shop yesterday and saw some more progress.

Hood with the extension. I wanted the fenders done as well to mach the hood.
Let me know what yall think of the hood or if I should address anything.





I was thinking if maybe the fender part could be more roundish, not sure if it will look weird or good though.

Also the trunk is shaved.

Yea the headlights look to "pointy" on the fender side the look is odd, hard to explain. See if they can round it out a bit and make it look more "OEM"

Exactly what i was thinking. Went in and showed them what it should look like.

any better pictures of the rear arches? everyone ive talked to said its an absolute pain to pull the rears. and from everything ive seen, they typically look like crap. would love to see some that came out good to give me some hope.

Just how much do you think he's paying for all this?

As far as I know, it's going to run him, at a proper shop, about $1k/ corner for quarters, probably another $1k for shaving bumper, another $1k for boser ... Maybe they did the trunk for free

This is even before paint, which may run up to $2-4k

So he's $10k in fr all this, and I'm bing somewhat conservative.

But again, if you want to go all out, this is how it should be done.

But everything looks legit, and this definitely is the right way to go

Thanx man. This is really taking a long time though. I started getting very inpatient. I just cant wait for my car to be all done.
Im just hoping it will be ready for waterfest at-least. I was looking forward to making it to this show with my car at-least for this year. I missed all other meets and shows this year.
