Yesterday I replaced the drivers motor mount, and a crumbling vaccuum cap. Today I clear the codes and start off to work. Car feels a little strange when it's about between 20-0 vac. Like its breaking up, it gets worse to the point where I can't drive it unless I'm in boost.
Pulled over and the second part of block 32 in vagcom is at 25.... I check for vaccuum leaks boost leaks anything. Everything's normal, I reset codes and car is purring, can barely feel it idle even with new mounts. About 20 south the car starts breaking up.

Check vagcom and again it's adding 25 in block 32.
I get to a friends house and the car is running fine under boost @ 25lbs. But the car breaks up till after it hits boost. No codes, no random misfire, nothing.

I adapted the TB everytine I reset codes, the only thing I noticed was I couldn't feel the walbro inline prime. Could this be acting as a restriction? But then I assume that it would break up under boost.
Car is not stock 550cc injectors
    T3/t4
    Um 550 cc tune

Any thoughts or something I'm overlooking? Car has ran great past few weeks

Can't her it at all or feel it. But my awic pump that run off the same really primes no problem. I also pulled the FPR and it didn't seem sorry or gunked. I didn't have a chance to log trims while diving as my laptop died.

Confirmed, walbro is dead....... Had it on the car 7 months. Pulled the pump, hooked it to battery. Nothing, I did notice before that it was louder than before at times. Guess it was my sign, wonder if cts would help me out beings though I got it from them.

Damn Yea I listen out for mine to prime everytime i start the car. If i can't hear it I'll pretty much know it's dead. Had mine for over 2 years tho, i've been blessed so far

You better not jinx it now, I normally listen but my awic pump is so loud it over powers it. Looks like I'll be hooking the stock lines back up for time being, and going to a bosch. Any other usable options that people have had good results with?

Well, I pulled the pump off and drove the car. Cars showing 1.991 lambda constantly, car doesn't run lean or feel lean. Drove for about 30 miles back home and it changed a few times for a few seconds. At home the learned multiplicative value is at 25%. The precat 02 sensor is about 4 months old but all signs point to 02 sensor. Concur? Thoughts?

To add to the nonsensery I pulled the front 02 sensor it seems fine, not much build up of anything, I also pulled injectors and FPR nothing was dirty or gunked up. Pressure tested the system, no leaks at all.
This morning car acted like it didn't want to start, it would keep idling really really low while it was warming up. Also around 2100 rpms I can hear something rattling, hard to place my finger on it.
I've also noticed a slight oil psi drop about 5-7 psi while driving. I'm wondering if the VVT is on its way out and that's why the cars runnin lean? When I clear the codes the lambda sensor reads 1.000 at idle for about 5 minutes.

Normally this car is almost down to a science of ruling problems out but this time I really am a little stumped.

What injectors are you running? I would suggest getting another inline pump in there to help your fueling. Also if you had a bad o2 you would most likely throw a code. O2's don't usually get "gunked up" they just go out.

I'm running 550's but even at idle the car is at 1.991 lambda. I would assume with just the stock pump and no inline it should be able to handle 550's at idle. The specified lambda is right, just actual lambda is 1.991. Car doesn't run like it though.

I also did pull the ecu relay when doing the motor mount as I have it tucked near the wiring. I'm gonna check the fuses and relay as well. At this point I'm trying anything.

Well, I called Rock Auto and had them ship me a new 02 sensor out. We'll see how that goes, 50 miles on the way home from work the 02 sensor did nothing but sit at 1.991 as the car ran great. Also no fuel trims adapted at all. No CEL, car ran great, for a few seconds every now and again the car would go to 1.0 lambda at cruise and break up a little bit. I've heard bad things about Bosch sensor but thought they were myth's....Anyone else have any issues with Bosch 02 sensors?

If your afr actual is not working right, i can assure you your car is not running great.

I concur with you, it's not working right. But I can also tell you that the car misses slightly at idle, it doesn't run like it's 1.991 lambda.....30 AFR the car wouldn't run and really the only thing I can think is this damned 02 sensor. Cause the car drives fine, except for when I get a random lambda reading that matches actual VS requested it freaks out a bit, then goes right back to 1.991
