    Mk4 GTI Rear Tail Light

    Ok so of course rear tail light went out , replaced bulb still does not work every other light works turn signals etc. switched the left bulb housing into right tail light housing and works then. Wire problem?

    Do the front parking light and front sidemarker on that side work?

    I have the same problem with my '01 Golf tail light. Except I didn't change the housing like you did...I should try that. I changed the fuses as well and replaced new bulb - Still not working. On mine, the parking light and front side marker do work. Hope we can solve this
