    SB = ShoutBox

    Basically a chat-like feature that rich! has added to his FireVortex plugin for FireFox and Chrome.

    The alleged cool kids' club already has a chat room.

    They are probably in there right now talking trash about the rest of us.

    it's a cool feature, but now that it's open...how do i make it go away again?

    flaming ball is the logo - firevortex was born from the ****ty zeroforum software years and years ago; when the server crashed; i had this little chatroom that would pop-up so we could all bitch and moan. i recently rewrote fv to work on vBulletin based forums - and try to make updates every few months because vBul sucks like zeroforum.

    Can we make ignore lists essentially erase all traces of a members existence? That'd be swell.

    firevortex does this within the forums - all threads created by, all reply posts, and quoted text (with ability to toggle if you can't resist)

    I'm already ignoring you, $50 says TDE said something about ignoring me and something about FV...

    indeed it does - just have to enable "Extend Ignore Users" on the FireVortex Settings page (under My Settings link up top - once installed). Every few minutes or when you add an user to the ignore list - FV will parse/capture and store the list data within the browser (html5 db). I just fixed a minor bug which parsing failed under a unique circumstances (on buddylist and ignorelist).
