for a car that doesn't have a reconstructed title it sure looks like one.

What do you guys think?
The rear bumper doesn't line up with the fender. Is that warping normal?

Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime.

Gross. Just by a brief glance, that looks like a 5-6k E36. Much better ones to be had for that price.

The bumper isn't THAT concerning, but I've seen a lot of cars get bumped, and need a new bumper, which often times doesn't get an OEM one.
Plus, IIRC you have to pull the bumper to get the clips for the moldings off, which can easily lead to somebody not putting it on 100% correctly.
The pictures are decent glamour shots, but don't show enough detail to spot anything wrong.
Still not a bad price for a clear titled M.
EDIT: Skipped over the part where it's had a color change. Having just helped prep a car for that this weekend, I'd never buy one that I didn't do myself.

Meh, looks like your run of the mill somewhat beat E36 M3.

"Yeah, when do we go for a ride!?!?"

looks like a hammered POS like others have stated. for the price he wants you are better off getting a late model one. I had a 95 and a 99 and the 99 was made better and had some more modern features including the nice 3-spoke steering wheel and side impact airbags in the doors. i also think the leather was better quality also.
the rear badge is in the wrong spot and isnt an OEM one either.

This was a color change car, too. Under the hood is still Dakar Yellow. Why anyone would go from Dakar Yellow to white, is beyond me.
I also don't like the "extra metal added to subframe" line. Something about the work already completed to this car really makes me wonder how thoroughly that task was completed.

Horrible, horrible example. Respray (you can even see yellow inside the door in the seat shot), wrong badge, painted moldings, and even the side markers are on backwards!
And why are there 11 different prices in the ad? $8000 firm! $7800 firm! $7500 firm! $7000 firm!
You know an M3 is crap when the owner wants to trade for an S13.
This is a $5k M3 tops. It may not have a salvage title but it sure got whacked pretty hard at one point.

What the hell are "angle eyes"? I thought only the Morgan Aero 8 had those!

That car screams 'run away' to me. Looks to have had rear damage, brake calipers are still yellow from when the car was also, poor color change with parts poorly reassembled...no thanks.

Car lounge fail of the day?
Seriously though, good observations on this one, I didn't notice a lot of the comments until I looked twice.
I wouldn't own a BMW out of warranty anyway, and that goes double for this one.
