Status of rust (rocker panels, strut towers, fuel filler area)?
What happened to the front? Collision (minor/major)?

1999 Vw Volkswagen Jetta Wolfsburg eddition.
Black exterior with Grey interior.
202k miles on the body. aprox 60k on drive train.
2.0 Litre 5 speed
full power options with sun roof.
good tires on stock rims, also comes with 17" bbs rc reps with 2 good tires.
car is in pretty nice condition for age other then a few issues. i bought the car as a second car and a quick project but am currenlty relocating and need the money..
things wrong: needs two headlights. hood is tan. hood needs aligned. fenders need adjusted. rear windows dont work. needs a hood latch. bumper lights, and grill needs put back on but i have them. needs inspected.
IT DOES NEED SOME WORK! NOT CLAIMING TO BE PERFECT! with some time and a few bucks it can be a nice daily driver. just dont have the time or funds to finish it.

No rust holes or rust really anywhere. Pinch welds

Also front end yes it was hit. It needed a fender bumpercover hood upper rad support headlight and grill. The bumper and the fender were professionally painted with ppg never got the hood done and like add states and moving and dont have the funds or time to finish

Most important, does it have a clean title? Was it totaled?
I know it doesn't sound like the damage was severe but
insurance companies and body shops want to write older cars totaled because they don't want to deal with them (from recent unpleasant experience).
