Going through Stock Monsoon Amps Killing Battery.

We have a MK4 1.8t Jetta that has a completely stock Monsoon Stereo in it and have been through 3 amps already. They work for a while (like months) and then just out of nowhere kill the battery while the car is off.

I first thought it was a remote wire problem but they are suppose to just sense when the stereo is on via the left speaker ground... Then I read it could be the Ignition switch itself not working.. I have searched and no one has just a stock system and this problem.

Has anyone had this problem? Is there a work around to fix it such as hooking up the remote switch differently?
