flips and presses can be a bitch.
No lifting for 2 weeks tore a wrist tendon last night doing hang cleans .....
I did get 275 for one it's that second on that did me in , at least I am traveling this week so not that big of a deal just the pain is annoying .
Anyhow went to the gym last night
No Pain on bench 315x5
everything else was ok .....
only hurt when comming back down to my body first set 100x10 was fine but 110x10 and 120x10
I will be trying my grip out next tuesday see what happens
typing still hurts alittle
So at the doctors on Friday .
Torn ligament on one of the three or four on the inside of my hand .
If it still hurts in 2-3 weeks they will do a minor surgery to cut the ligament that is getting pinched in my hand . No the whole way through but the parts that getting pinched in between the bones or joints in my hand .
