    I got a polished top, Tial MVS, 38mm, V-banded wastegate. I used it for 10k or so. It comes with both clamps but not the flanges. IIRC it has a 1 bar spring installed.

    I can give you 180 shipped. Do you have the air fittings and plugs? This of corse assumes the diagram is not torn and it works well. If it doesn't work, I'd want a refund.
