Good question. OEMPLUS.com sells the euro R32 conversion kit with a new foam insert, but they don't list you need a new insert for the European GTI or Golf/Rabbit bumpers.

GTI euro bumper

Anybody run a Euro bumper on their GTI and know if they needed to get a new rebar to run it? The guys I am buying the bumper from sell the rebar with the Euro bumper discounted, but weren't sure if I would actually need it or not.

Bumper is the same, cover and foam are different, when I got mine the guy who had it before me didn't have the foam.
