any updates on the 2013 Golf R vs 2013 Audi TT-RS thread?

I am thinking about upgrading my R to the TT-RS depending on what happens here: http://forums.vwvortex.com/showthrea...-R-Screwdriver

If VWoA buys back my R, they will most likely replace it with the '13 R. This is something I would have to work out with VWoA and the dealer (who sells Audi next door). I am sure they would rather me trade in the R towards the TT-RS, but the deal would have to be right. You can place an order for the '13 TT-RS right now.

Anyway, I've been trying to figure out if the TT-RS is worth the extra $20k. This car would be my daily driver, both fit the bill considering I live in NY. Just looking for your opinions on both cars. In the end, I will need to make the final decision.

I remember once many years ago when I didn't pay a cell phone bill b/c i forgot, they turned off the service and wanted to charge me a reconnect fee and some other penalties. i talked and talked and talked, an hour later, i had my phone turned back on, minus all the fees and charges. and they never do that!

Seriously dude? Why not go to the thread I linked to above which is the thread he started in the R forum and which is regularly updated.

Cliffs: Not only will VWoA not be buying back his car, they don't appear to be willing to cover the body damage either. It's up to the dealer themselves to make it right---which is what it should have been all along!
