What we want: A cheap Sierra Cossie replica.
What we need: Someone to contact the seller of a cheap Cossie replica and get him to communicate with us.
Other things we need: Help with possible shipping and storage issues, possibly help with finding a driver's seat and door panel for a Sierra.
What you get in return: Love, affection, and $20 cash (but only if you can name the movie this line is from). Also, a free tour for you and a guest of Los Angeles, care of VadGTI's Awesome Tours of LA (5-star rating!).

    The link to seller: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Sierra-3-d...item2ebe6ce3bb

    The car:

MikkiJayne, anothercar, Mikedav, etc., I'm looking at you!

Good luck finding a Sierra in UK (any Sierra in fact) that isn't a rust bucket.

Why don't you find a US-specced one, which was called Merkur - something, buy a Cossie engine and do a swap ?

Just an FYI: Red Lodge (IP28) is north/west England. It's literally the middle of no-where UK and no one lives out there (it's around a 2 hour drive from London). Odds are they had to shoot a gun a few times to scare off the animals living inside the car before they took the pictures

2 hours?!?! That's like driving back from Cars & Coffee in traffic (and stopping off an In-n-Out). Get to it! Or, maybe, call him and tell him to check his live.co.uk account for an e-mail from a certain person with a Russian-sounding name based in the US.

Shipping it is going to cost more than whatever you pay for it.

My bro just sent his bus to the UK and it was expensive, i want to say around $1600.

Our estimate was $1,500 for shipping, so there you go.

$3k all-in for a Moonstone right-hooker with the correct Cossie external bits and quarter windows? You couldn't do that to a Merkur XR4Ti for double the price .

Wouldn't it be easier to get an XR4Ti locally, buy some Eurosohurtz Sierra bits & pieces over the interwebs and have them shipped here (via Japan overnight), cobble together your own beast, spraypaint COSPLAY on the hood and be done with it?
