So where are all the Passat lovers around here? I see plenty of MK1-2-3-4-5-6-7-blah-blah-blah but no passats! I want to flash a V at a passat owner without getting a "wtf?" back.

The reason there are not alot of us is because the cars are not cheap. I can go buy older vw all day long for 10K but to dsrop 25-30K is a different story. Here is mine.

I obviously came off wrong. What I am saying is that there are more older cars rolling around because they are less expensive to get into. I have nothing against older vw I am looking to get one to build right now. I didn't mean to look like a elite *******.

    I know, right?
That is my Problem as well. I have had my passat over a year and only gotten three V's. Fail.
I think there should be a Passat Only Meet in Tacoma or Seattle. I'm down for that.

I never get a V, I don't think most VW owner's even recognize a B5 wagon. About to be a moot point for me anyway, looking to get into a MK5 GTI tomorrow and going to sell the wagon.

Not a Passat owner, but a buddy of mine drives a very clean/tastefully modded B5. I would love a B5 wagon myself. Quite a few here in the Puyallup/Tacoma area.

I have a B5, I enjoy it. I also see B5s everywhere, most of which are not modified or taken care of. The few that I see modified, IMO, are not done well. I find it a bit difficult to find many cool things to do to my car, far fewer available than most Jettas or Golfs. People just don't take Passats seriously.
