2010 Chevy Cobalt. Base model. 5 speed, no power locks/windows, no a/c, Has 30k on it. He has gotten bored with it and is looking to get into a Volkswagen. He would ideally like to get a vr6. But is also very interested in 1.8t's.
Has Brand new wheels(ASA's)/Brand new tires.
Sitting on d2 lowering springs.

2010 cobalt with power nothing? Seems unlikely

Seems unlikely, but its true. No power windows, no power locks, doesnt have a key fob to unlock the car. This is a BASEEE model cobalt.
