Looks uncomfortable to ride. It doesn't look like it gives much for the thighs to grab onto, so a quick grab at the brakes might send the rider flying.

This is an awesome concept. Sort of a quad turned Atom.
Overall a sport bike would make more sense, or so I'd think.
Unless there is some sort of quad road racing thing going on, then this is genius.
